- 5.1 Temperature Measurement. Temperature shall be measured with a calibrated instrument accurate to ±1ËšF (±0.5ËšC), traceable to NIST, within one year of calibration.

- 9.1 Pre-Mix, Water, and Syrup Temperature Control. Pre-mix, water, and syrup temperatures shall be maintained within ±1.0ËšF (±0.5ËšC) of the specified temperature.
- 9.2 Standard Drink Temperature Measurement. Beverage temperature shall be recorded as the lowest temperature measured while stirring the beverage.
